This browser was created by the Bourne shell script album.sh . Enter a directory composed of just *.jpg and *.gif files, and execute the command:

album > album.html

and view the file "album.html". If you are a Unix-variant user you can easily change the script to create more complicated albums. The browser is just HTML -- no javascript/ECMAscript or Java!
